Echo Ridge has long been a big draw for skate and classic cross-country skiers, but now a partnership with the Forest Service, local volunteers, and Evergreen has given us the opportunity to make Echo Ridge into a mountain biking destination. Most of Echo Ridge’s trails are fast and wide double-tracks, but this Sunday, June 5, with beautiful warm weather to encourage us, volunteers from Chelan and Manson transformed a section of Ridge View’s rutted double-track into fun, curvy single track, all the while, being conscience to preserve the winter skiing experience. We had a great turn out, thanks to all the work by Paul Willard from the Forest Service, and had volunteers from age five to sixty-five. Thanks for all who put in the hard work!

Trail work on June 29 on Ridge View beginning at 5 p.m. Come out and join us at the upper parking lot at Echo Ridge.
Next Work Day is Saturday…July 30 at 8AM. Meet at the upper Echo parking lot. More info to come.
